When Should You Order Custom Furniture?

Work backwards from your required site-delivery date. Allow time for specification review, material sourcing, sample approval, manufacturing, inspection and transport. Confirm each stage against your furniture scope, approval process and destination.

Custom Furniture Lead Time & Delivery FAQs

Understand what affects your furniture schedule, from early approvals to arrival at your project site.

Can my furniture arrive in January if I start planning in October?

It may be possible, depending on your furniture quantities, customization requirements, material availability, approval speed and destination. Starting in October gives you time to assess these stages, but the arrival date should be confirmed against your project requirements.

Does furniture production lead time include international shipping?

Production lead time and international delivery time should be confirmed separately. Furniture being ready at the factory does not mean it has arrived at your site. Your schedule should also account for inspection, packing, transport, customs clearance and local delivery.

Understand International Furniture Delivery

What can delay a custom furniture order?

Unconfirmed dimensions, changes to materials or finishes, unavailable components and delayed sample approvals can affect the schedule. Agreeing on drawings, specifications and approval responsibilities before bulk production helps reduce avoidable revisions.

What information is needed to assess my furniture delivery timeline?

Share your project country and city, required arrival date, furniture list and approximate quantities. Drawings, a BOQ or reference images help clarify the scope. If some details are still being developed, identify what is confirmed and what needs further review.
