04 / Design development
Define the details before production. Your design reference guides the look; agreed drawings, specifications and samples establish what will be made.

Use the reference to discuss the silhouette, proportions and intended appearance.
Review dimensions and construction through Design Development & Sample Review. Agree the drawing revision and any required samples before production.
Compare the finished item with the agreed specifications and samples, including the visible finish and upholstery details.
The production basis is the specifications, drawing revisions and samples confirmed by both parties. A design reference alone does not define the final specification.
Scope & fees
The scope and fees for design development, technical drawings, sampling and mock-ups are confirmed separately before work begins. These services are not included in the initial review unless expressly agreed in writing.

Yes. Send the floor plans, drawings, reference images or approximate furniture list you already have. Include your project location and target timing, and tell us which quantities or specifications are still undecided. The initial review helps clarify your requirements and the information needed for the next stage.
No. The initial review helps clarify your requirements and missing information; it is not a formal quotation. Detailed quotation work is a separate paid service. We confirm its scope, deliverables and fee with you before that work begins.
Customization is confirmed for each design, subject to the selected materials and production feasibility. Share your preferred dimensions, finishes and upholstery so we can review the options and agree specifications before production. Design development, samples and related work require a separately agreed scope and fee.
Only the items and services expressly listed in your quotation are included. Shipping, customs clearance, duties and taxes, unloading, final delivery and installation require separate confirmation. Review the Furniture Customs Clearance Guide and agree the costs and responsibilities for your destination before placing the order.
Timing depends on confirmed specifications, drawing and sample approvals, quantities, material availability and the production schedule. Shipping also depends on the transport method, route, customs procedures and destination. Production lead time and estimated transit time are confirmed separately for your project.
