In 2022, Harman Furniture became the contractor for the 227 rooms of the five-star hotel, as well as the event furniture for some of the public areas and some of the solid furniture. As a customized hotel furniture contractor, Harman can monitor the production quality of each part, in strict accordance with the requirements of the owner.

- Plywood: fiberboard selection of brand plywood, E1 or E0 grade to ensure quality.
- Veneer: adopts A-grade natural veneer or technology veneer, and A wide variety of veneer can meet the needs of customized furniture in different countries and different customers. Different from the 30cc thickness of thin veneer commonly used in other factories, the thickness of the veneer used by Harman furniture can reach 45~60cc thick veneer.

Installation
After our furniture is made, we offer the owner two solutions for the installation of the furniture.
- One is that if the owner has his own installation team, we will send a professional installer to the site to guide the owner to promote the installation work, which is an additional service of Harman.
- The other is that we need our installation team to install on site and arrange personnel according to the size of the project. Furniture installation we will according to the geographical location and construction environment requirements of the project, due consideration should be given to the proper combination of specialties and types of work.
- Each type of work should be equipped with no less than 10% senior technicians. The main construction personnel should be engaged in this type of work for no less than 3 years, and special type of work supervisors should be appointed.
With the successful opening of the hotel, it also means that Harman’s cooperation with JW Hotels is one step closer. - We receive project information from owners, agencies, contractors, designers, or we receive an invitation to tender documents.
- FF&E Drawings Received.
- Discuss the technical details with the consultant and confirm details.
- Then we will start the quotation
- Sign the contract.
- Shop the product drawing.
- Mock-up or prototype production for customers to check.
- Bulk furniture full scale factory production.
- Products can be packaged after strict inspection and approval.
- It comes to the installation of build-in furniture and the placement of movement furniture.
- Full site inspection & review.
