All about payments order and options from ChiuChiu Furniture

Clients pay a 30-50% deposit when placing orders at markets. The order is put in a production queue after a factory receives the deposit.

If the payment is in cash, the order is queued on the same or next day.

If the payment made by a bank transfer a factory waits for financial department confirmation of receiving the money.

Sometimes, especially at the end of the year, showrooms have sales and can furniture on sale can be shipped right away. However, remember that showroom furniture is meant for display and may have been used by many clients, so it may not reflect the condition of our new collections.

 

Balance payment

Regular payment process:

If the customer chooses the furniture in our product catalog (the regular  production), we can provide a free design and matching plan. The customer confirms that there is no problem with the plan , and starts production with a 30% deposit, and the balance is paid two days before shipment.

Customization process:

According to the customer's plan, estimate a budget of medium material and send it to the customer, and then after receiving a deposit of 10%, we will produce a detailed drawing of the product, find the most suitable and best material according to your requirements, confirm the product details .  After size and material confirmed,Make a detailed quotation list and product drawings for you to confirm, then make up 50% of the deposit to start production, and pay the balance before shipment

 

After delivery of a 10% design deposit of estimated budget:

  1.  Make accurate CAD product size drawings and material list (send the file to you, and then sign for confirmation).Determine the final production cost price of the product
  2.  Then, after the ZOOM meeting communicates the details and problems, after all of them are clearly understood, 40% of the final exact amount is delivered as the production deposit, and the production of the product begins.
  3. Go to the material market to purchase the corresponding material samples. (Confirm with your video, or mail it to you for confirmation)
  4. During production, we will photograph each product and confirm the details of each product with you.
  5. After the production is completed, start packing and measure the volume and weight.
  6. Calculate accurate logistics prices
  7. Shipping

 

Payment options

Bank transfer

As a locally registered company in Foshan, all transactions are processed through our local bank account. We’ll provide you with a contract and an invoice for the transfer.
