Questions Before You Submit Your Furniture BOQ

Drawing development & review

What should I include in my BOQ?

Include the furniture names, quantities, dimensions and units, material and finish requirements, and drawings or reference images. Add the project location and your target delivery date. Group items by room or area where possible, and mark any details that still need to be confirmed.

Can I start without a complete BOQ?

Yes. Send the floor plans, drawings, reference images or approximate furniture list you already have. Include your project location and target timing, and tell us which quantities or specifications are still undecided. The initial review helps clarify your requirements and the information needed for the next stage.

Is the initial review a formal quotation?

No. The initial review helps clarify your requirements and missing information; it is not a formal quotation. Detailed quotation work is a separate paid service. We confirm its scope, deliverables and fee with you before that work begins.

Can you customize dimensions and finishes?

Customization is confirmed for each design, subject to the selected materials and production feasibility. Share your preferred dimensions, finishes and upholstery so we can review the options and agree specifications before production. Design development, samples and related work require a separately agreed scope and fee.

Does factory pricing include shipping and installation?

Only the items and services expressly listed in your quotation are included. Shipping, customs clearance, duties and taxes, unloading, final delivery and installation require separate confirmation. Review the Furniture Customs Clearance Guide and agree the costs and responsibilities for your destination before placing the order.

What affects production and delivery time?

Timing depends on confirmed specifications, drawing and sample approvals, quantities, material availability and the production schedule. Shipping also depends on the transport method, route, customs procedures and destination. Production lead time and estimated transit time are confirmed separately for your project.
