What should we send if our BOQ is not complete?

You can start with the information you have. Send your project country, furniture reference images, approximate quantities and target delivery date, together with any available layouts or BOQ. We can discuss the appropriate next step and the information needed to proceed.

Is the initial review free, and is it a formal quotation?

The initial review is free and can provide an indicative price range based on the information supplied. It is not a formal quotation for purchasing or tendering. The published detailed BOQ review and factory quotation service currently has a US$500 Project Start Fee, deductible from a future furniture order under the service terms.

Minimum order requirements depend on the furniture designs, materials, quantities and overall package. Send your item list and quantities so the applicable requirements can be confirmed for your project.

Can we review samples before production?

Include your material sample or furniture mock-up requirements in the inquiry. Sample scope, costs and approval arrangements are confirmed separately.

How is furniture quality checked before shipment?

Inspection points are agreed against the approved furniture specifications. Relevant checks include dimensions and construction, materials and finishes, hardware function, upholstery seams, packing protection, item labels and quantities.
