Is the service only for furniture?
No. The main scope can include furniture, custom joinery, lighting, décor, project materials and approved related products. Selected small appliances and other eligible China purchases may also be received and consolidated. Every non-furniture category is confirmed case by case.
How do I choose products without seeing them in person?
We can show products by live video, provide close-up details, compare options, confirm product codes and specifications, and arrange samples or material boards when required.
Can I join the quality inspection?
Yes. A live video inspection can be arranged so you can see measurements, appearance, materials, colors, stitching, hardware, functions and packaging details before shipment.
