Choosing regularly produced furnitures

Regular Produced furnitures payment process:
1- We can provide design and matching plan for free.
2- The customer confirms that there is no problem with the plan , and starts production with a 30% deposit, and the balance（70%） is paid two days before shipment.
Customized furnitures cooperation process
1. According to the customer's plan and material quality requirements, calculate the overall budget of the custom furniture project and send it to the customer.
2. After signing the electronic contract and delivering a 10% design deposit of the budget, make product dimension drawings and bill of materials.
3. After the ZOOM meeting to communicate the details and problems of the process and materials, deliver 40% of the budget as the production deposit and start producing the product.
4. During the production process, find the most suitable and best materials according to your requirements, confirm the product details, and purchase corresponding material samples from the material market. (Confirm your video, or mail it to you for confirmation, the postage fee needs to be paid separately).
5. During the production process, we will take pictures of the product, and after the production is completed, we will send you the final molding picture of the product. (In order to let you know the quality of the product, you can get confirmation of the quality of the product by purchasing the regularly produced product from us. This part of the price needs to be paid separately)
6. After the production is completed, measure the volume and weight.
7. Calculate the accurate logistics price, communicate the logistics quotation with the logistics company, and give feedback to Kam.
8. Pay the final 50% balance and shipping.
9. Start packing the product for shipment.

How can I be sure that I will receive exactly what I wanted?
We will provide photo and video of the items and you can also have a FaceTime.
If necessary, you can purchase leather, fabric, marble from us, check the material, and choose which material to use when purchasing.
I have already made an order and paid a deposit, is it possible to make an additional order to the main one or will it be considered as a separate order?
Until the production of the main order isn’t completed, there is always the opportunity to add goods to it.
