When will the production be finished after the order is placed ？
If the product you selected is in stock, we will ship it within 7 days. If there is no stock, depending on which product, usually most production time is 25 to 35 days after receiving payment. The sooner you can arrange payment, the sooner we can complete it.
Can I place my own order in China and you check the quality ？
If you place an order independently in China and use our services only for delivery, we do not exercise quality control over these goods. In this case, we are only responsible for customs clearance and shipping, but do not guarantee the quality of products purchased from other suppliers, and subject to a certain fee.
I have already placed an order and paid a deposit, can I place another order on top of the main order, or will it be treated as a separate order ？
There is always an opportunity to add goods to the main order before production is completed.
What if I receive a defective item ？
If you receive goods with defects that were not noticed by our quality control personnel or during container loading, we will replace the product with you, but you will need to provide a photo or video.
What if I receive damaged furniture ？
All furniture before leaving the factory, we will have a special quality inspector carefully take photos and videos, and confirm with you whether the goods are damaged and defective, and then arrange packaging and delivery.When the item is shipped, we will buy international logistics insurance for our customers! If the goods are found to contain damage, please take a photo + video in time and inform us in time. When unpacking also need video, our company will help you to the international logistics company to claim.
How long will it take for the customer to receive the goods ？
